How long does it take for my order to be made?
If an item is in stock it will be shipped the same week. If you chose to purchase a pre-order item, the date of expected availability is provided on the product page. Note that the pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. I strive to provide you with updates as soon when your pre-ordered items are being made. To which countries do you ship?
For now I start by shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium. I strive to add more countries in 2025. Please contact me if you're interested in this option and I can see if I can work something out for you.
Why don't you use multiple types of parcel services?
For now I only work with PostNL. Mainly because the Postal service is within my building and accessible. I am disabled and do not have the capacity/energy to go to other parcel shops like DHL, DPD, GLS etc. because most of them are too far away and/or not accessible for disabled people.
How do I return items and how do I get a refund?
Please always contact info@pussolini.com before starting a return. If any items received are faulty or damaged, please let me know before returning.
Conditions for returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
You first contacted me at info@pussolini.com with your concerns
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The goods are not used/damaged or altered
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made-to-order or to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Pussolini reserves the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions at my sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Pussolini. Or you can ask for a scheduled appointment for bringing your return to my address. If you are not able to deliver the items in Haarlem, you should send the goods to the following address:

Pussolini cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended to use an insured and trackable mail service. Pussolini is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods and proof of received return delivery.
